Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Food and Beverage Operative to join our team at Doubletree by Hilton Dartford Bridge. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth and memorable experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide warm and welcoming service to guests in a polite and friendly manner
  • Ensure that all customer requests and queries are responded to promptly and effectively
  • Work collaboratively with the kitchen and other team members to deliver a seamless dining experience
  • Deal with guest complaints and react in a friendly and efficient manner, always ensuring guest satisfaction
  • Have a good insight knowledge of hotel and the hotel's products
