About the Role

This exciting opportunity has arisen for a Project Accountant to join our team at Golding Homes. As part of our 'Fit for the Future' transformation programme, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the financial success of this ambitious project.

Key Responsibilities
  • To prepare and deliver accurate financial analysis and reporting to programme leads.
  • To provide 'cost to serve' analyses along with preparing and monitoring project budgets and identifying areas for cost savings.
  • To implement appropriate financial controls and report on identified weaknesses or breaches.
Requirements
  1. A professional accounting qualification (ACCA/ACA/CIMA/CIPFA).
  2. Experience of project accounting, detailed financial analysis, and presenting financial analysis to mixed audiences.
  3. Ability to deliver outputs to multiple stakeholders to strict deadlines and possess high standard of written and verbal communication.
  4. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and experience of process review tools and managing associated workflows.
  5. Basic knowledge of social housing activities and housing finance, including the Housing SoRP.
