Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Adult Nurse Manager to join our team at Leaders in Care Recruitment Ltd. Based in the Basingstoke area, this role involves providing leadership and support to a team of nurse case managers in the region.
The successful candidate will be responsible for creating personalised care plans for each person, working closely with a core team of carers, and supporting them with their quality and clinical governance.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and deliver tailored care plans specific to an individual client's needs.
  • Effectively manage multidisciplinary teams through strong communication and teamwork.
  • Provide ongoing monitoring, support, and assessment of clients' physical and physiological needs within your caseload.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • RGN with an active NMC PIN.
  • Supportive management style that can bring out the best in others.
  • Previous experience working in complex care in the community.

Salary and Benefits:
  • $64,800 per annum (DOE).
  • 1 day working from home per week/4 days in the community.
  • Monday to Friday (9-5) hours.
  • 33 days holiday.
