Are you a motivated and experienced quantity surveyor looking for a new challenge? Flagship Consulting is currently recruiting a senior quantity surveyor to join their team in London.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work on high-profile projects and develop their skills and expertise, including managing construction projects from inception to completion and overseeing construction costs and budgets.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Manage construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely project delivery and collaboration with integrated delivery teams.
  2. Oversight of construction costs and budgets, maintaining accurate records and financial reports.
  3. Client liaison and communication to ensure project success, building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Degree in Quantity Surveying or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience working as a quantity surveyor, preferably in infrastructure/highways.
  • Excellent communication and client-facing skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • MRICS qualification or working towards passing the APC.
