About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Peripatetic Manager to join our team at Jasmine Healthcare Limited. As a Peripatetic Manager, you will be responsible for managing care homes in a Home Manager's absence, assisting with the integration of new homes, and supporting Home Managers to achieve any Jasmine Aims they are not achieving.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage care homes in a Home Manager's absence
  • Assist with the integration of new homes
  • Support Home Managers to achieve any Jasmine Aims they are not achieving
  • Document processes for the hub and care homes
  • Assist with adding new modules to electronic platforms
  • Support the rest of the Jasmine Support Hub Team and Leadership Support Team

Requirements:

  • NVQ 3 in Care or equivalent
  • Minimum of one year's experience as a Home Manager of an elderly residential or nursing home
  • Registered Manager with a CQC inspection rating of 'good' or 'outstanding'
