Drive Success as a Credit Controller
Cobalt Recruitment is seeking a skilled Credit Controller to join their top-tier property investment and management firm. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for generating and presenting regular financial reports to internal clients, providing clear and comprehensive updates on account status and financial activity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough investigations and reconciliations of accounts to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
- Pursue outstanding commercial rent arrears diligently, following up on overdue payments to ensure timely collection.
- Address and follow up on ad-hoc arrears as they arise, including insurance claims, electricity recharges, and on-account service charges, to maintain financial accuracy.
- Process and record cash receipts efficiently, ensuring all transactions are accurately documented and accounted for.
- Handle tenant refunds promptly and accurately, ensuring that all payments are processed in accordance with company policies.
- Manage commercial rent arrears recovery proceedings as necessary and as directed, ensuring compliance with legal requirements.
Requirements:
- Credit Control Experience: Skilled and experienced in credit control, with a strong understanding of financial regulations and procedures.
- Financial Analysis: Ability to analyze financial data and provide clear and concise reports to internal clients.
- Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal clients and stakeholders.
