Michael Page is partnering with a well-established Asset Manager to find a Finance Manager for their Central London team.
Job DescriptionThe Finance Manager will be responsible for:
- Preparing accurate and timely group reports, in compliance with UK accounting standards (FRS and IFRS).
- Reviewing and assisting with annual and half-year forecasts, jointly with the Finance Director.
- Managing tax matters, including quarterly VAT and annual corporation tax returns, in collaboration with the Finance Director.
- Working with accountants and treasurers across disciplines and countries to ensure financial accuracy and compliance.
The ideal candidate will have:
- ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent qualifications.
- At least 2 years of post-qualified experience, outside of practice.
- Experience in the real estate industry is preferred.
- Strong skills in balance sheet accounting, group accounting, and controlling.
- Proficiency in preparing reports, forecasts, and financial analyses.
