Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Problem Analyst to join our team at The People Network. As a Problem Analyst, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our IT services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Investigate and resolve complex technical issues: Work with technical subject matter experts to identify and resolve problems that impact our IT services.
  • Develop and implement corrective actions: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement corrective actions to prevent recurring incidents.
  • Conduct root cause analysis: Analyze data and trends to identify the root cause of problems and develop effective solutions.
  • Communicate with stakeholders: Provide regular updates to stakeholders on the status of problem investigations and resolutions.
  • Continuously improve services: Identify opportunities for service improvement and work with the team to implement changes.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in ITIL Service Operations with a focus on Problem Management
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Experience with BI tools, software development cycles, and IT service management tools
