Job Title: Support Worker

We're seeking a compassionate and caring individual to join our team as a Support Worker. As a Support Worker, you'll play a vital role in supporting our clients to live safely and independently in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support clients with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and managing incontinence
  • Assist with practical tasks such as shopping, mealtimes, and housework
  • Follow individual care plans and support clients with their medication
  • Work collaboratively with our team to provide a high-quality service

Requirements:

  • No prior social care experience is necessary, but a caring and compassionate nature is essential
  • Ability to work flexibly and as part of a close-knit team
  • Willingness to learn new skills and develop knowledge
