Automotive Repair Technician

We are seeking a skilled Automotive Repair Technician to join our team at Impression Recruitment Limited. As a Panel Beater, you will be responsible for repairing damaged vehicles, dismantling vehicles, and repairing or replacing vehicle parts. You will also adhere to standards and safety procedures, attend relevant training courses, and follow manufacturers guidelines. Our ideal candidate will have experience in a Panel Beater or Accident Repair position, be qualified in Automotive Technician Accreditation (ATA) or qualified by experience, and possess excellent organisation and communication skills. In return, you will receive a salary between £33,000-£53,000 depending on experience, plus a bonus scheme with a realistic OTE of £57,000, and company benefits, working Monday-Friday.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Repairing damaged vehicles
  • Dismantling vehicles
  • Repairing or replacing vehicle parts
  • Adhering to standards and safety procedures
  • Attending relevant training courses
  • Following manufacturers guidelines
  • Working closely with other technicians

Requirements:
  • Experience in a Panel Beater or Accident Repair position (essential)
  • Qualified in Automotive Technician Accreditation (ATA) or qualified by experience
  • The ability to keep on top of industry trends
  • A keen eye for detail and precision
  • Can work well as part of a team and on your own initiative
  • Excellent organisation and communication skills on all levels
  • A good knowledge of Health and Safety measures and procedures
