Senior Clinician for Children and Adolescents

Cambridgeshire Community Services NHS Trust is looking for a dynamic and skilled clinician to fill the role of Senior Clinician for Children and Adolescents.
Job ResponsibilitiesKey duties include:
- Providing assessment, intervention, and consultation services to children and adolescents with mild to moderate mental health difficulties.
- Working with the Clinical Lead and team members to develop training packages and deliver evidence-based interventions.
- Supervising and managing other team members, including Trainee EMHPs.
- Building positive relationships with professionals, agencies, charities, and teams providing services to children and adolescents.
- Maintaining knowledge of local and national guidelines, adhering to infection control policies, and participating in clinical supervision.
We require a clinician with strong communication and interpersonal skills, who can demonstrate a commitment to delivering high-quality care.
