We are seeking a talented Carers Support Lead to join our team in Lincolnshire. This exciting role offers the opportunity to develop and implement an innovative benefits service for carers across the region.

Your key responsibilities will include supporting the Central Services Manager to develop a comprehensive benefits service, creating a culture of continuous learning, and identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.

You will be responsible for leading and managing a remote team, empowering individuals to thrive and reach their full potential. You will also cultivate and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, identifying new partnership opportunities to enhance service delivery.

To succeed in this role, you will require a strong understanding of social care and health, particularly in relation to adults. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as well as knowledge of DWP benefits and fringe benefits.

The estimated salary for this position is £50,000-£65,000 per annum, commensurate with experience. You will also enjoy a range of benefits, including training and development opportunities, flexible working options, and access to our workplace pension and employee assistance programme.
