We are the UK's leading Autism charity, dedicated to creating a more inclusive society for autistic individuals. As a Senior Support Worker, you will play a vital role in helping us achieve this goal.

The Role:

  • Oversee support packages, reviewing care plans and outcomes for the people we support.
  • Support the development of the staff team, conducting supervisions and appraisals, and ensuring staff have access to suitable learning and development opportunities.
  • Assist with the smooth running and day-to-day operations of the service.

Requirements:

  • Experience of management and/or shift leading within a social care setting.
  • Resilient, supportive, and sensitive towards the needs of autistic people.
  • Possession of a driving licence (minimum two years) is Essential.
