About the Role

We're seeking an experienced Programme Management or Delivery Management professional to lead the delivery of our portfolio of work associated with The Way We Work.

As a Strategic Delivery Lead, you will work with multidisciplinary teams across HR, organisational development, corporate strategy, policy and service design, participations and comms, data and research, and resident-facing service delivery to help scope, plan, and deliver great work that the organisation can be proud of.

You will champion new and different ways of solving problems, promote inclusive and equitable approaches within delivery, and create a culture of continuous improvement to ensure that teams achieve the outcomes that meet the needs and expectations of both residents and staff in a sustainable way.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of complex programmes or projects involving significant organisational change
  • Apply agile and/or human-centred approaches to facilitate organisational development and culture change
  • Effectively communicate and engage a diverse range of stakeholders

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who is comfortable supporting multiple programmes and projects to adopt and maintain agile rhythms, as well as coaching and supporting people throughout the organisation to adapt design-led, agile delivery methodologies to organisational development and culture change work.

You will need to understand the political and economic environment in which our teams operate, and be able to work with multidisciplinary teams to deliver great work that the organisation can be proud of.

What You'll Need

  • Experience in Programme Management or Delivery Management
  • Ability to apply agile and/or human-centred approaches
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
