About the Role


We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Relay Driver to join our team at Southampton Mail Centre. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for collecting and delivering parcels, pouches, and tote boxes to small and large businesses across our portfolio.



Key Responsibilities


Your duties will include:



  • Planning your delivery route to ensure efficient and timely delivery of packages;
  • Collecting and delivering parcels, pouches, and tote boxes to our customers;
  • Scanning items on and off route to maintain accurate tracking information;
  • Providing exceptional customer service and interacting with customers in a professional manner.


Requirements


To be successful in this role, you must possess the following skills and qualifications:



  • A full UK manual driving license (in your current UK address), with no more than 6 penalty points;
  • Your driving license must cover vehicles up to 3.5 tonnes;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to work in a high-security environment;
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
