Information Security Compliance Specialist - 12 Month FTC

LT Harper - Cyber Security Recruitment

A leading consultancy is seeking an experienced Information Security Compliance Specialist to join their internal security team on a 12 month Fixed Term Contract.

This is an excellent opportunity to work closely with the information security manager and the wider CISO and IT teams to take the lead on creating and maintaining policies and documentation of information security policies, standards, and training content.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain comprehensive information security policies, standards, and procedures.
  • Liaise with key stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Manage the documentation lifecycle, including creation, review, approval, distribution, and archiving.
  • Ensure best practices for technical communication to ensure accessibility of policies.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in technical writing and documentation, with a strong understanding of information security principles.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders.
  • Strong understanding of information security frameworks and regulations.
