Special Needs Teacher Opportunity

TimePlan Education is seeking a dedicated and passionate Special Needs Teacher to join a dynamic secondary special needs school in Islington. This role offers the chance to make a significant impact in the lives of students with disabilities and learning difficulties.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver high-quality education to pupils with a range of disabilities and learning difficulties, in line with the KS1/2 National Curriculum.
Develop and implement engaging, differentiated lessons to meet the diverse needs of pupils.
Build positive, collaborative relationships with pupils, parents/carers, therapy teams, and other specialist services to ensure the best outcomes.
Work as part of a team on an exciting journey of growth and development in a new school environment.

Requirements:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
A strong understanding of the KS1/2 National Curriculum, particularly as it applies to pupils with special educational needs.
Proven ability to deliver high standards of teaching to students with disabilities and learning difficulties.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with a range of stakeholders including parents, carers, and specialist support teams.
