As a Construction Project Manager, you'll play a key role in refining our build cost estimation process, coordinating scheduling with contractors, and ensuring high-quality work is delivered on time and within budget.
Your Responsibilities
- Work with our planning and design teams to price and validate construction costs for internal renovations.
- Input cost estimates into our costing database, validating line items of work to build a more efficient and accurate construction cost.
- Manage a set of projects, conducting regular site visits to monitor progress, reviewing build quality, addressing issues, and managing site teams to budget, timeline, and quality requirements.
- Validate construction costs and requests for additional charges from ongoing projects.
- Build knowledge and expertise related to construction costs and processes, contractors, and build processes, supporting sales efforts as needed.
About You
We're looking for a skilled Construction Project Manager with at least 4 years of experience in build construction cost estimating, either through prior construction or QS work. You should have demonstrated construction stage experience on site in residential renovations, with a focus on leading projects from inception to successful handover.
