Strategic Business Growth Director

An exciting opportunity has arisen to drive growth and success in our Adult Services directorate as a pivotal part of National Autistic Society's mission.
We are seeking a driven and strategic individual with a proven track record in scaling revenue, forging impactful partnerships, and navigating complex contracts. The ideal candidate will possess strong negotiation skills, the ability to identify and maximise new growth opportunities, and excellent leadership abilities.
The successful candidate will have a strong ability to positively influence internal and external stakeholders at all levels, build and maintain relationships with stakeholders both internally and externally, manage the full bid process, assess market trends, identify opportunities, and align business strategies with organisational goals.
Experience in leading teams, ensuring compliance with care standards and safeguarding across all four nations, and demonstrable project management skills are also essential.

About the Role:
This role offers an estimated salary of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience, and comes with an excellent training and development programme, career progression opportunities, access to a 24-hour Employee Assistance counselling programme, competitive pension scheme, and many other benefits.
