About the Role

Quantexa is seeking a highly skilled Data Engineer Lead to join our team. As a Data Engineer Lead, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of data engineering solutions that drive business growth and innovation. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy scalable data pipelines, data warehouses, and data lakes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and implementation of data engineering solutions that meet business requirements
  • Design, develop, and deploy scalable data pipelines, data warehouses, and data lakes
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data quality, integrity, and security
  • Develop and maintain data engineering best practices and standards
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior data engineers
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in data engineering with a strong focus on big data technologies
  • Proven track record of designing, developing, and deploying scalable data pipelines, data warehouses, and data lakes
  • Strong understanding of data engineering best practices and standards
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Experience with cloud-based data platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
