Job Title: WARP Contract Coordinator
About the Role:
As a WARP Contract Coordinator at Armstrong Logistics, you will be responsible for managing the administrative aspects of individual contracts within the warehouse department. You will work closely with the contract manager to ensure that contracts are properly administered and compliance is maintained.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first point of contact for any contract-related queries.
- Ensure contract documentation is accurately filed and easily retrievable for the contract manager or other key parties.
- Maintain comprehensive records of contracts.
- Liaise with customers and internal stakeholders to ensure all contractual needs are met.
- Deputise for the contracts manager in their absence.
Requirements:
- A graduate degree is preferred.
- Experience in warehouse management or a related field is desirable.
