About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Network Support Engineer to join our IT team at Get Recruited (UK) Ltd. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing 2nd and 3rd line support to customers, monitoring ongoing tickets, and troubleshooting complex network issues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide 2nd and 3rd line support to customers
  • Monitor ongoing tickets and troubleshoot complex network issues
  • Deal with vendor escalation where needed
  • Process design documents, including network diagrams
  • Oversee the running of the core network
  • Monitor network performance and make recommendations based on performance analysis
  • Maintain and improve the network configuration and infrastructure
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience in a Network Support Engineer, IT Support Engineer, 2nd Line Support, 3rd Line Support or other Service Desk role
  • Must have experience with Juniper Networks
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft 365, Microsoft Azure, and Windows 10
  • Excellent communication skills at all levels, both written and verbal
  • Able to work effectively and confidently under pressure
