Operations Manager

Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and direct the daily operations of the team
- Manage and lead collaboration between team members and operational teams
- Ensure that our customers receive prompt and effective service
- Work closely with other departments to achieve our goals and objectives
Requirements:
In order to succeed in this role, you will need to have:
- Team management experience in working within a busy contact centre environment
- Minimum of 3 years management experience in working with medium-sized teams in office environments
- Good collaboration skills
- The ability to build strong relationships at various levels within the organization
