About the Role


We are seeking a highly skilled Multimedia Content Coordinator to join our team. This is a part-time, fixed-term position that will last for six months during term time only.


The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring Birkbeck students are engaged and aware of our activities through the development and delivery of our communication strategy.



Salary and Benefits


The salary for this role is £25,923 rising to £28,728 per annum (pro rata). As a member of our team, you will also have access to a range of benefits, including opportunities for professional development and a supportive work environment.



Required Skills and Qualifications


To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent organisation skills, great attention to detail, and the ability to communicate clearly in different formats (written/verbal).


You will also need to have experience with content creation, social media management, and customer service. Additionally, you must be able to demonstrate good organisational skills and have a proven track record of excellent customer service.



What We Offer


In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills in design, video production, and content creation. You will also be working closely with our communications team to build our Birkbeck community and promote a positive student experience.
