Plumber Maintenance Specialist

Fusion People Ltd is seeking a skilled Plumber to join their team in HMP Onley. This permanent role involves routine and non-routine maintenance, fault finding, and identification of life expired equipment. The ideal candidate will be qualified to NVQ level 3 in Plumbing and Heating with experience in plumbing maintenance.
The successful applicant will work on-site, Monday to Friday, with occasional weekends on a 1 in 3 rota basis. They will be responsible for checking, repairing, and making good faults and life expired equipment, as well as conducting inspections, water sampling, and risk assessments. The salary for this role is estimated to be around £40,000 per year, based on the standard hours of work and the need for occasional weekend shifts.
This position requires Prison Security Clearance, and the successful candidate will be required to work at height and in all weather conditions.
