About the Trade Technician Role
We are looking for a skilled Trade Technician to join our team at Niyaa People Ltd in Ely, Cambridgeshire. As a trade technician, you will be responsible for carrying out various tasks such as fault fixing, construction, and maintenance duties in void and tenanted properties.
You will work with customers to provide accurate and timely information on the progress of works and collaborate with colleagues to complete projects efficiently. In addition, you will maintain high standards of health and safety and adhere to company regulations.

- Carry out repairs and maintenance work in social housing properties

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- NVQ Level 2 qualified in a core subject (carpentry/plumbing/electrical) or NVQ Level 3 if plumbing is your qualification
- Awareness of health and safety regulations
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to work to deadlines
- Full UK driving license
