Drive Innovation and Growth in Learning and Development

We are seeking an experienced Learning and Development Manager to oversee and deliver a comprehensive Programme of Learning and Insights. This role requires an individual who can manage both online and in-person learning initiatives while ensuring all activities meet accreditation standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage members for participation in both online and in-person learning sessions and gather inputs for promotional materials.
  • Organise focus groups to determine key topics, and work with speakers to prepare presentations.
  • Manage post-event activities, including video editing and the distribution of attendee feedback surveys.
  • Analyse programme feedback, produce management reports on member attendance and satisfaction, and use data to improve future initiatives.
Learning and Development Platform:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive Learning and Development strategy that aligns with business goals.
  • Identify and source third-party training solutions that meet the evolving needs of members.
  • Maintain up-to-date records of learning initiatives within the CRM and company website.
Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (D,E&I):
  • Oversee the delivery of D,E&I and Mental Health in Business programmes to ensure they reflect current industry standards and member needs.

Proven experience in Learning and Development, event management, or educational programme delivery. Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple projects under pressure. Experience in post-event production tasks, including video editing and survey creation. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to generate insights from feedback and performance data. Familiarity with CRM systems and CII accreditation (desirable but not essential). Excellent communication and networking abilities. Proficiency in HubSpot CRM, Excel, and PowerPoint.
