Ashton Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled Finance Administrator to join our client's team in Newtownabbey. The successful candidate will be responsible for a range of financial duties, including data entry, document control, invoicing, and liaising with the finance and commercial teams. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work well under pressure. Key responsibilities include:

* Data entry and document control
* Invoicing and financial reporting
* Liaising with finance and commercial teams
* Dealing with contractors and subcontractors
* General administrative duties

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 6 months' experience in a financial or accounting office and will be proficient in using Xero software. A strong understanding of the construction and utilities industry is desirable. * Competitive salary of £25,000 per annum
* Permanent contract
