Education and Care Worker

**Job Description:**
We are seeking a committed and caring Education and Care Worker to join our team at South Lanarkshire Leisure and Culture.
In this fulfilling role, you will work closely with children, families, and colleagues to create a supportive and inclusive environment that fosters children's physical, emotional, and social development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support children's learning and development through play-based activities.
- Establish positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
- Contribute to the maintenance of a safe and healthy environment.
Requirements:
- Experience working with young children (3-5 years old).
- Qualifications in childcare or related field (desirable).
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Benefits:
- Up to £9.82 per hour.
- 13 hours per week (Term-Time) contract.
- Annuual leave (calculated into hours on commencement of the role).
- Public holiday entitlement (up to 10 days).
