Executive Supervisor

We are seeking a highly effective communicator and strong leader to join our production team as a full-time Team Leader in Wisbech.

The estimated annual salary for this role is between £25,880 and £28,952, based on 37 hours per week and an hourly rate of £13.90.

This position involves managing, motivating, and training Operatives to ensure efficient task completion in line with company policies.

You will also be responsible for ensuring customer orders are packed correctly according to company and customer requirements.

Maintaining raw materials stock levels, adhering to strict rotation procedures, is another key aspect of this role.

You will undertake relevant checks, document, and ensure compliance with company and legislative requirements for product quality and safety.

Effective communication with Production, Planning, and QA departments is essential to address issues promptly.

Utilizing company IT systems is also a requirement of this position.

Maintaining high hygiene, Health, and Safety standards is crucial to minimize accidents and health problems.
