Paediatric Nurse Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Paediatric Nurse to join our team at Leaders in Care, a nationally recognised home care provider. This role offers a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, providing high-quality care to children in the comfort of their own homes.

This is a full-time position, working Monday to Friday, 8am – 5pm, covering the Southampton catchment area. As a Community Paediatric Nurse, you will be responsible for overseeing a caseload of approximately 4 to 5 children per day, providing excellent standards of clinical care.

• Providing clinical assessment, administering sub-cutaneous injections, and cannulation to children in their own homes
• Working in close partnership with local NHS services to deliver high-quality care
• Managing a caseload of children, ensuring timely and effective care

• Registered Paediatric Nurse (RSCN) with active NMC PIN
• Full UK driving licence
• Clinical skills in phlebotomy, clinical assessment, and administration of injections

• Fully expensed company car and fuel card, or car allowance
