We are seeking a highly skilled Cloud Infrastructure Manager to join our team at GerrardWhite. As a seasoned professional, you will be responsible for designing and implementing cutting-edge cloud solutions that meet the evolving needs of our business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain scalable cloud architectures, ensuring optimal performance, security, and reliability.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritise cloud-based initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives and strategic goals.
  • Implement effective cloud governance and cost management practices, ensuring efficient resource allocation and reduced expenditure.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest cloud technologies and industry trends, providing expert advice and guidance to drive innovation and growth.
  • Lead cross-functional teams in the design and implementation of cloud-based solutions, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and infrastructure.

Requirements

  • Extensive experience in cloud architecture and engineering, preferably within an insurance or financial services environment.
  • Deep understanding of Azure technologies, modern data platforms, and related certifications such as TOGAF.
  • Strong leadership skills, with experience in managing cross-functional teams and collaborating with stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with business leaders, engineers, and third-party vendors.
  • A competitive salary ranging from £95,000 - £125,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a hybrid working pattern that will require 2 days per week in the city.
