Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as an Aftersales / Customer Care Advisor. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that our customers receive a high-quality repair service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service to our customers, responding to their queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Work closely with our repair teams to ensure that our customers receive a high-quality repair service
  • Manage customer expectations and resolve any issues that may arise during the repair process
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with our customers, ensuring that they feel valued and supported throughout the repair process

Requirements

  • Strong customer service background
  • Driving experience with the ability to drive all types of customer vehicles, including cars and long wheel-based vans, both auto and manual
  • Clean Full UK Driver's licence
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Effective communication skills
  • PC literate
  • Passionate about customer service
