Job Title: Collection and Delivery Driver

Are you a motivated and physically fit individual with a passion for driving and delivering excellent customer service? We are seeking a reliable and efficient Collection and Delivery Driver to join our team at Pertemps Newcastle & Gateshead.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and execute delivery routes to ensure timely and efficient delivery of parcels
  • Conduct safety checks on vehicles and ensure compliance with company policies
  • Lift and carry items up to 30kg, demonstrating physical capability and resilience
  • Provide excellent customer service, interacting with households and businesses in a friendly and professional manner
Requirements:
  • Full UK driving licence with no more than six points
  • Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on building strong relationships
  • Upbeat and self-motivated, with a love of the outdoors and a willingness to work in all weather conditions
  • Physical capability to lift and carry heavy items, with excellent organisational skills and resilience
