Project Management Officer

Conexus MedStaff is seeking a highly skilled Project Management Officer to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for administering the project portfolio and reporting progress to stakeholders and Senior Leadership Team.
The successful candidate will have previous experience in a variety of project management methodologies and be able to demonstrate excellent organizational skills. You will collaborate and support IT and business project managers across the organization in ensuring project status, risks, and issues are being maintained.
The role requires the ability to lead colleagues (technology and business) and selected 3rd parties to deliver approved projects on time and within budget to agreed scope. You will also ensure the Conexus project management governance process is being adhered to and support colleagues in the creation of business cases, project budget management, and project reporting.
We are looking for a candidate with prior experience of implementing ERP solutions with specific emphasis on Finance, Procurement, and HR and Payroll and integrations with other solutions. Relationship building with senior stakeholders across multiple departments and geographies is also essential.
The ideal candidate will have ~3+ years of experience in a project management or PMO role and knowledge of Project Management methodologies i.e. Prince2, PMI, Agile Scrum Master. Intermediate MS Office skills including PowerPoint and Excel are also required.
