Zenovo Ltd is seeking an experienced Embedded Electronics Engineer to join our Research & Design Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and testing embedded electronics systems, ensuring they meet the required functionality, cost, quality, safety, legislative, reliability, and aesthetic requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop embedded electronics systems, including software and hardware components
  • Perform system integration and testing to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Work closely with Production Engineering to ensure designs are fully testable and provide test requirements specifications
  • Liaise with suppliers to source new components and maintain an acceptable supply chain
  • Prepare project documentation, including specifications, BOMs, test schedules, and training guides

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or a related field
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in embedded electronics design and development
  • Strong knowledge of electronics design principles, circuit theory, and PCB layout
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of £42,500 per annum, plus benefits including a pension scheme, employee assistance programme, cycle-to-work scheme, free parking, and annual leave entitlement.
