Job Overview

This role involves working closely with healthcare professionals to provide corrective/planned maintenance, medical device training, and calibration of a wide range of medical equipment. You will be part of the Electronics and ICU support sections of our department, following a registered quality assurance system (BS EN ISO 9001:2015) to deliver high-quality customer care.

Good communication skills and ability to work as a team member are essential for this role. Opportunities for personal development are available, and training is provided for specific equipment.

Main Responsibilities

As an Electrical Medical Equipment Specialist, you will carry out acceptance testing, electrical safety testing, planned maintenance, and repairs on medical equipment maintained by our department. The work will involve routine maintenance of various medical devices, some of which can be complex.

You will work between the electronics and Intensive Care sections of our department, based on service demands, and follow departmental procedures while acting within your level of knowledge and experience.
