Job Description
We are seeking a Medical Product Specialist to join our team at Legal & General. As a key member of our underwriting team, you will be responsible for reviewing customer applications, identifying potential risk factors, and making informed decisions on terms that can be offered.
Responsibilities
- Review customer applications to identify potential risk factors and make informed decisions on terms that can be offered.
- Participate in or lead projects to enhance the underwriting process and improve systems and commercial viability.
- Ensure customer requests for further information are handled efficiently and effectively, without impacting the customer journey unnecessarily.
- Maintain excellent knowledge and understanding of legislative and regulatory requirements.
- Evaluate and resolve complaints quickly and professionally.
