Job Title: Teaching Assistant and After School Club Supervisor

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Teaching Assistant and After School Club Supervisor.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide support to teachers in the classroom, assisting with lesson planning and delivery.
  • Work with small groups of pupils, providing additional support and guidance as needed.
  • Supervise and manage the after school club, ensuring a safe and engaging environment for children.
  • Liaise with staff and parents to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Contribute to the wider life of the school, enhancing and contributing to its growth and development.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to speak English with sufficient fluency to effectively perform duties.
