About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager to join our No7BC FP&A team. As Finance Manager – Central FP&A, you will be responsible for producing management reports and communicating No7BC and Global Sourcing performance to Group and internal leaders. You will also manage the full annual and monthly planning cycle, developing a wide understanding of the entire No7BC and Global Sourcing organisation and its place within WBA group.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage central planning processes, including Forecast, Budget, and 3YP, ensuring alignment and communicating timelines and requirements to stakeholders.
  • Manage group reporting for legal entity views of the business, applying rigour and challenge to submissions and responding to feedback.
  • Own and develop the Global Brands allocation process, maintaining the model and communicating outputs to retailers.
  • Manage the administration of Global Brands Planning Analytics system, working with Global Finance Systems to develop and improve functionality.
  • Support the professional development of the wider team and drive process improvement through efficiency and simplicity.
  • Provide key finance support for projects relating to reporting of No7BC, Global Sourcing, and wider OBEX businesses.
Requirements
  • A qualified finance professional (CIMA, ACA, ACCA)
  • Strong analytical skills and willingness to challenge business performance
  • Exceptional communication skills, comfortable presenting complex matters to senior stakeholders
  • Excellent knowledge of Excel and finance systems (preferably experience of using Planning Analytics)
