Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve pharmacy sales, services, and profitability in a cost-effective and safe manner.
  • Manage the pharmacy department and individual staff competence to ensure high performance and continuous improvement.
Benefits:

The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary package, including an estimated £55,000-£65,000 per annum, 10% discount for a designated friend/family member, private Aviva healthcare plan, annual bonus scheme, 25 days holiday plus 8 statutory holidays pro rata, enhanced company pension contributions, and long service awards.

About You

We are looking for a qualified pharmacist with a true desire to help others. To succeed in this role, you will need to possess a pharmacy degree, hold membership of the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC), and demonstrate excellent team management and communication skills.
