Company Overview
CPI Mortars has been a trailblazer in the UK construction materials sector since the late 1990s, having established the UK's first dry mortar plant. Today, we are the sole national dry mortar producer, operating a network of nine EuroMix manufacturing facilities. Our EuroMix products, including dry mortars, renders, plasters, and concretes, are utilized by leading construction firms across the UK for various projects, including residential, industrial, educational, and infrastructure developments.
Additionally, CPI runs a cutting-edge bagging operation at Carlton Manufacturing, supplying the merchant and contractor markets with a diverse range of ready-to-use concrete, mortar, and fence post mixes.
As part of the Grafton Group Plc, which is publicly traded on the London Stock Exchange, we benefit from exceptional support from our parent company.
Position Overview
This role involves specialized driving, where you will receive comprehensive training to proficiently operate both bulk powder tankers and silo placement lifting equipment vehicles. You will work with advanced machinery within a modern delivery fleet, serving major housebuilders and prominent construction companies throughout the UK.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver dry silo systems to customer sites using specialized lorry-mounted lifting equipment and refill these silos with advanced powder tanker technology.
- Operate both rigid vehicles and articulated semi-trailer units.
- Ensure a market-leading service level for our customers during daily delivery operations.
Job Requirements
- A valid C+E Vocational Driving license is mandatory.
