Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Audit Manager to join our team at Page Group. As an Audit Manager, you will be responsible for leading and coordinating audit assignments from planning to finalisation.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate audit assignments from planning to finalisation, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.
- Provide guidance and support to junior team members, promoting their professional development and ensuring the quality of their work.
- Ensure compliance with both internal audit methodology and external regulatory requirements, maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and integrity.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, delivering exceptional service and ensuring their needs are met.
- Identify and communicate accounting and auditing matters to managers and partners, providing expert advice and guidance.
- Contribute to the development of the team by leading internal initiatives, driving innovation and improvement.
- Participate in business development activities, helping to identify and research opportunities to drive growth and expansion.
Requirements
- A formal education in Accounting or Finance, with a strong understanding of financial principles and practices.
- Professional certification such as ACA, ACCA, or equivalent, demonstrating expertise and commitment to the profession.
- Proven experience within a professional services environment, with a strong track record of success and achievement.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
- Knowledge and practical working experience of UKGAAP and IFRS, with a strong understanding of financial regulations and standards.
