Job Description:

This Paralegal role will play a pivotal part in supporting legal matters across the business, focusing on launching innovative products for the football transfer process. You will work closely with the Head of Legal, collaborating with product, legal, and technical teams to support company operations.

Responsibilities:
  • Contract Review: Analyze and summarize various contracts essential to football operations, including player contracts, transfer agreements, and supplier agreements.
  • Legal Reporting: Cross-reference analysis with source data to ensure accuracy and create detailed written documentation.
  • Operations Support: Collaborate with product, legal, and technical teams to support company operations, including contributing to AI-driven reporting tools.
  • Project Management: Drive progress on legal team projects, improve processes, and support the team as the company grows.
  • Legal Research: Conduct legal research to support various business initiatives.

Requirements:

  • A law degree with strong knowledge of contract law, preferably with expertise in sports law and football regulations.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to handle complex legal documentation.
  • Fluent in English, with professional proficiency in Spanish preferred.
