Job Title: Senior Pipeline Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Pipeline Engineer to join our team at Subsea7. As a key member of our Product Management Team, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Regions and Pipeline Group with the delivery of effective technical and commercial project solutions.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Providing key technical product information and ensuring accuracy and alignment amongst key internal stakeholders.
  • Providing technical and commercially appropriate product recommendations and guidance to key stakeholders in support of project win strategies and early engagement.
  • Actively participating in and contributing to the Community of Experts, including the development of technical standards and specifications.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong understanding of pipe manufacturing processes, pipeline fabrication and installation methods, as well as significant theoretical and practical knowledge of CRA materials and associated pipeline solutions.

You will also need to possess effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to create and deliver reports and presentations. Additionally, you should be able to work collaboratively as part of a diverse global business, with a strong focus on continuous improvement and identification of efficient work methods and processes.

As a Senior Pipeline Engineer, you will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of projects, from early engagement through to project execution and beyond. You will be based at our Old Kilpatrick office near Glasgow, with consideration given to other Subsea7 locations in a European timezone.
