About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional Mathematics Department Head to join our team at CATS Global Schools. As a key member of our academic leadership team, you will be responsible for leading and managing the Mathematics department, ensuring high-quality teaching and learning, and contributing to the school's academic excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the Mathematics department, including staff development and performance management.
  • Develop and implement Mathematics curriculum and assessment strategies to meet the needs of our students.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless integration of Mathematics with other subjects.
  • Monitor and evaluate student progress, identifying areas for improvement and developing strategies to address them.
  • Contribute to the development of the school's academic policies and procedures.
