Your mission will be to lead customer onboarding, build lasting relationships, and foster platform adoption.

The Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement customer onboarding processes that meet unique client needs
  • Maintain close relationships with key stakeholders, providing expert advice on platform adoption
  • Analyze customer health metrics to identify opportunities for expanded platform usage
  • Collaborate with product teams to translate customer feedback into actionable insights
  • Develop and execute customer success plans aligned with clients' strategic goals
  • Regularly review business performance to ensure ROI and customer satisfaction
  • Drive product adoption through targeted training and best practices sharing
  • Streamline renewal processes and uncover upsell opportunities within existing accounts

What We Look For:

  • At least 3 years of experience in the construction sector (Project Manager, Site Manager, Site Engineer)
  • Minimum 3 years of customer success experience in a B2B SaaS environment
  • Proven project management skills with experience handling multiple complex implementations
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with a track record of presenting to senior executives
  • Tech-savviness with the ability to rapidly grasp and explain complex solutions
  • Proficiency in customer success tools and methodologies
  • A background in the construction industry or experience implementing enterprise software is highly desirable
  • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Engineering, or a related field
