The company is seeking to expand its Disputes Team with the appointment of a Solicitor. This role involves delivering exceptional service in a fast-paced environment, taking on a wide range of civil and commercial disputes including but not limited to:

• Business disputes, such as shareholder, partnership, and director disputes
• Debt recovery, statutory demands, and contractual disputes
• Intellectual property disputes (copyright, trade marks, passing off, patents, and confidential information)
• Business Sale Disputes and Warranty Claims
• Retention of Title
• Disputes with customers
• Insurance matters
• Public Procurement Disputes
• Franchise disputes advice for franchisees and franchisors
• Regulatory Work for Doctors

Estimated Salary: The estimated salary for this role is around £70,000 - £90,000 per annum, depending on experience.
