Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personal care and support to clients, including assistance with daily living tasks, mobility, and communication.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, their families, and other healthcare professionals.
  • Assist clients with accessing community resources, such as leisure activities, education, and employment opportunities.
  • Monitor and report any changes in client condition, behavior, or well-being to the care team.
  • Participate in regular team meetings and contribute to the development of care plans.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a care or support role, preferably in a similar setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to working hours and shifts.
  • Basic knowledge of health and safety procedures, including manual handling and first aid.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
