Key Responsibilities- Provide personal care and support to clients, including assistance with daily living tasks, mobility, and communication.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, their families, and other healthcare professionals.
- Assist clients with accessing community resources, such as leisure activities, education, and employment opportunities.
- Monitor and report any changes in client condition, behavior, or well-being to the care team.
- Participate in regular team meetings and contribute to the development of care plans.
- Previous experience in a care or support role, preferably in a similar setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to working hours and shifts.
- Basic knowledge of health and safety procedures, including manual handling and first aid.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- A competitive hourly rate of £12.00-£13.39, depending on the day of the week.
