Lettings Negotiator Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Lettings Negotiator to join our team at Kings Permanent Recruitment for Estate Agents & Financial Services Professionals.

About the Role
  • As a Lettings Negotiator, you will be responsible for managing the lettings process, from initial contact to successful completion.
  • You will work closely with our existing team to ensure seamless communication and a high level of customer service.
  • Previous experience in Estate Agency lettings or sales is essential for this role.
  • We offer a competitive salary and commission structure, with realistic on-target earnings of £30,000.

Key Responsibilities
  • Win new business and motivate colleagues to achieve sales targets.
  • Manage multiple listings and ensure timely completion of lettings agreements.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
What We Offer
  • A basic salary of £14,000 with a 3-month review and 10% personal commission.
